But your man was prompt and efficient and he saved me the value of a new windshield."

I have forgotten our keys Sheldon:

The customer in Sheldon rang us with a horror case - she had just stepped outdoors to procure an item and the front door closed behind her. Unfortunately, what made this a dreadful story was she announced "Please help me! I don't have my keys and my baby is in the house." It goes without saying that we flew there and fortunately the traffic was light. We managed to arrive in 15 mins and had the house unlocked quickly. What we did discover soon after is that she labelled her kitten "my baby".

Cannot find the keys Sheldon:

"I was heading out to lunch along with an associate and I was unable to locate our apartment keys, I searched everywhere, which included my suv and it hit me I had misplaced my keys. I was not going to stop my night out so I looked for an emergency call-out locksmith and contacted you. I was really pleased with the quickness that your trusty man got there and he cut me completely new keys right away in his vehicle." That was the e-mail we received from a delighted client in Sheldon.

No extra office keys Sheldon:

"There's only a single door key for the building since the boss thought it was a lot better for security. And now the person who had them through the holiday damaged them while out and about," stated the client in Sheldon. We needed to go there for most of the staff were waiting to enter. We opened the doors and then switched the locks, because with missing keys, you just dont know who could attempt to gain access.
